I’m Fabiana, a Somatic & Mindfulness Cancer Support Specialist dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing the emotional toll of cancer, during and after treatment.
With a degree in psychology and advanced training in somatic and mindfulness techniques earned in Italy, I believe that healing is a journey that integrates both mind and body, because true transformation happens when we nurture both.
This mission is deeply personal to me. My mother is a terminal cancer patient, and I understand, firsthand, the emotional weight of this experience. The fear, the uncertainty, the exhaustion, these are not just concepts to me, but lived realities.
Over the years, I’ve helped individuals navigate anxiety, stress, grief, and trauma, uncovering the root causes of emotional struggles and providing compassionate support tailored to each person’s journey.

“I’m Not Scared Anymore”
After finishing chemotherapy, I expected to feel relief. Instead, I felt lost. The fear of recurrence, the exhaustion, and the emotional weight of everything I had been through left me stuck. I didn’t recognize myself anymore.
Fabiana’s post-treatment recovery sessions helped me process all the emotions I had buried during treatment. The somatic exercises helped me release the trauma stored in my body, and the mindfulness practices allowed me to reconnect with a sense of hope.
Now, I feel like I’m not just surviving, I’m truly living again. I’ve learned how to listen to my body, honor my emotions, and embrace life with a new sense of purpose.
“Support for me and my husband”
Watching my husband battle cancer was one of the hardest things I’ve ever faced. I felt helpless, constantly anxious, and didn’t know how to support him emotionally without breaking down myself.
Through Fabiana’s caregiver support sessions, I learned how to manage my own emotions so I could show up for my husband without feeling drained. The mindfulness techniques helped me stay grounded, and the somatic exercises taught me how to release stress rather than hold it all in.
Most importantly, my husband and I started practicing mindfulness together. Our time together became less about the illness and more about connection, presence, and love. I no longer felt helpless, I felt empowered to support him in the best way possible
“Finding Peace After Diagnosis”
When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I felt like my body had betrayed me. Fear, anxiety, and sleepless nights became my reality. I tried to stay strong for my family, but inside, I was falling apart.
Then I started working with Fabiana. Through gentle somatic work and mindfulness, I learned how to release the fear that had taken over my body. The breathing techniques helped me calm my racing thoughts, and the guided movement sessions gave me a sense of control again.
Now, even in the hardest moments, I feel stronger, calmer, and more present. I’ve found a way to embrace my journey with less fear and more peace.
