What to expect in a healing session

Each session is a safe, supportive space designed to meet you exactly where you are—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Through a combination of mindful dialogue, somatic therapy techniques, breathwork, and self-compassion practices, we gently release tension, process emotions, and restore a sense of balance and well-being.

We begin with a mindful conversation to explore your emotional state, physical sensations, and any challenges you are facing. This is a judgment-free space of self-compassion and acceptance, where you are encouraged to meet yourself with kindness. By acknowledging what arises with gentleness, we lay the foundation for emotional healing and resilience.

2. Somatic Work, Body Shaking & Nervous System Regulation

Through a personalized blend of somatic therapy, breathwork, body shaking, and nervous system regulation techniques, we help your body release stored stress, anxiety, and trauma. These evidence-based practices calm the mind, ease emotional distress, and create a deeper connection between your body and emotions. Throughout this process, we reinforce self-compassion and emotional acceptance, allowing you to develop greater inner peace and strength.

3. Integration, Acceptance & Closing

We close with guided meditation, grounding techniques, and reflective exercises to integrate the session’s benefits. This phase supports emotional clarity, resilience, and self-awareness, leaving you with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and confidence.
