My passion for helping others stems from my own journey
Born in Switzerland and raised in the serene Tuscan countryside, I grew up with an appreciation for the connection between mind and body.
Yet, despite this peaceful backdrop, my life has been anything but easy.
I’ve lived with anxiety for as long as I can remember, but it was the arrival of my first child that brought my most challenging experiences to the surface.
After his birth, I faced postpartum depression, a time of immense struggle and emotional upheaval.
While I was navigating this, my journey with my second child brought even greater challenges.
My daughter was born prematurely and spent six long months in the NICU. Watching her fight for her life, while grappling with my own fears and emotional pain, was one of the hardest experiences I’ve ever endured.
And now, I’m facing another profound chapter of my life, caring for my mother, who has terminal cancer.
Experiencing firsthand the emotional toll of illness, the weight of uncertainty, and the deep need for support has made my work even more personal.
These moments of profound difficulty taught me the power of resilience, and the importance of seeking help.
They also inspired my work, driving me to support others who may feel lost, overwhelmed, or stuck in their own struggles.
With a degree in psychology and advanced training in mindfulness and mind-body practices earned in Italy, I’ve developed a compassionate, evidence-based approach to emotional and mental well-being.
My personal experiences have given me a deeper understanding of how to help others heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.
